SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive another email on when your order has shipped including the tracking number which will allow you to check it's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Unfortunately shipping is unavailable to PO Boxes. We are currently shipping Australia wide only.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are depended on the weight of items purchased this is automatically calculated and will be visible at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We pride ourselves on creating beautiful products made with care. If you need to request a refund, return or exchange we ask that you take the time to read this returns policy. 

We accept returns and exchanges up to 7 business days after delivery, if the item is unused we will refund or exchange the order amount excluding shipping. We do not accept  returns of homewares that have been used.

If your order happens to arrive damaged please email us info@chlocollective.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. 

SAMPLE / SALE ITEMS 

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sample sale items, these items will have faults that is the reason for sale
